Impact Group - Contribute €10,000: €7,500 for direct investments and €2,500 for the services provided for one year by Go Beyond and the Fiduciary company

Impact 15TM - Contribute €15,000: €12,500 for direct investments and €2,500 for the services provided for one year by Go Beyond and the Fiduciary company

How it works

A year long program where: You create or join, a group of up to 10 to 20 individuals You meet start-ups via monthly investment meetings or web-casts Your group will conduct due diligence and make investment decisions by working together and benefiting from Go Beyond's coaching (1 day per month) and its collaborative platform. When an investment is made each member receives shares in the chosen company As a group you decide how you contribute to the start-up’s growth You enhance your learning by taking Go Beyond’s classes or webinars: half day angel investing process and best practices; due diligence; company valuation; term sheet (as many as you wish) Once the funds are invested, your group can start again or end – the choice is yours. Individuals may continue to invest as a member of Go Beyond’s Business Angel Network

Payment Process

€500 (deducted from the total amount payable) reserves your place for this membership. You will receive an invoice as well as legal documention and get the opportunity to get to know the other members of your group. Once your group is formed you will receive account details for transfer of the balance of funds into a Trust Account
